IV-Series

IV-series performs vision inspection for 2 cameras at the same time in the production process below 120PPM~300PPM.
It is mainly used for expiration date (OCR) inspection, missing inspection, label inspection, etc.,
and there are cases of application to band sealers (horizontal/vertical), three-sided packaging machines, and rotary packaging lines.

Application case

We design process standards for each manufacturer and identify product defects based on rules based on those standards.
In addition, the user-friendly UI makes it easy to check the work, and the touch system makes operation simple.
